10:32 ET Small-Cap Movers of Note : Boeing (BA) selects ScreamingMedia (SCRM 2.15 +0.43, +25%) to provide online content to
its inflight broadband service... American Superconductor (AMSC 17.04 +2.04, +13.6%) and GE Industrial Systems receive follow-on
order from Entergy Corp for two additional distributed superconducting magnetic energy storage (D-SMES) units.. UPS is extending its
wireless solutions to the OmniSky (OMNY 2.80 +0.56, +25%) service.

10:20 ET CIENA Corp (CIEN) 57.23 +2.99 (+5.5%): Pre-market comment by Robertson Stephens suggests that company's new Core
Director product is doing very well in tests at several carriers, including Sprint. Doesn't think there is any chance of their being displaced at
Sprint. Firm reiterated Buy rating.

10:14 ET CacheFlow (CFLO) 9.49 +0.96 (+11.3%): Hearing rumors that Cisco (CSCO) will make a bid for the company; these same
rumors came up last year on Oct 23. While we certainly cannot rule out this combination, two factors argue against: 1) Cisco executives have
indicated that they would not be acquiring companies while they are laying off employees, and 2) Cisco already has comparable technology
to CFLO, and Cisco's strategy is to acquire new technologies, not market share.

10:13 ET Baltimore Tech (BALT) 3.25 +0.50 (+18.2%): Collaborating with Microsoft and Unisys to develop the first packaged solution
of an Identrus enabled architecture for the Microsoft Windows 2000 platform.
