But let me address your list.... 1 Nasdaq merger, MOVING AHEAD...LARRY WOULD LIKE TO SEE MEDINAH INCREASE ITS ASSET VALUE AS MUCH AS POSSIBLE BEFORE THE MERGER TAKES PLACE-IE DRILL RESULTS AND FINANCING IN PLACE 2 Drilling DRILLING IS OCCURRING I BELIEVE 3 Financials SHOULD STILL BE IN ON TIME. 4 Joint Venture TALKS CONTINUE WITH THE "FUND". PAUL JONES SUBMITTED A SPENDING PLAN OF THE $40 TO $50 MILLION FINANCIAL PACKAGE TO THE FUND FOR THEIR REVIEW. THE BALL IS NOW IN THE FUND'S COURT. (FUND-IF YOU ARE READING THIS-PLEASE SIGN!
