The Greatest Threat to National Security You and Arnold support California going $3 billion further in debt to support speculative research, rather than the kind of capital investment state bonds are generally used for. Are you for increased public borrowing or against it? Or do you think if Arnold's for it, it's great, but if Bush is for it, it's bad? Ultimately, debt is slavery.
