Well! Well! There is someone here. I visit this sight rarely, which I am sure is the case with everybody else. Now that I have read about some of the real advances in this ID procedure it is obvious that even if our people in EOSC started production, they would be too far back to even see the competition.

As far as I know two Class action cases exist or have existed:

1. A case has been initiated in the State of New York. Case No. 98CIV.6403 in the US District Court, Southern District of NY. The attorneys name is Alan Fellmman.

2. An attorney in Southern California by the name of Michael D. Braun indicated that he intended to start some kind of a class action, but my attempt to contact him recently has been to no avail. His phone number is 888 388 4605 and his e-mail address is BraunSSB@aol.com
Perhaps he has given up on the project.

I was told by one of the EOSC people that a list has been prepared of all the Stock buyers during the swindle period including the amount and price of the stock purchase. In addition, I was told that the judge in the SEC case had ordered that $1 million be set aside to distribute to those swindled.

That is the sum total of my knowledge on the subject. I might add that I am more that pessimistic about receiving anything out of this, except the tax loss. There is apparently absolutely no market for this stock at the present time.
