I decided to keep my position in GNRL.pk for now and have even added to it.

I talked to the company the other day. They intend to put out another press release to better explain their decision to delist from the NASDAQ. Hopefully, that will help the stock. My main concern was that there are some accounting errors that the company is hiding by delisting. I don't think that is the case now. Mgt indicated they will still provide audited financial statements to shareholders. How frequently, who knows?

You've been right more often than not when it comes to valuing companies, but this time I hope you're wrong. I just don't think trading at a discount to book value is appropriate for a company that is growing and profitable.
