Berwyn Field - had no idea you were contacting Lucent offices in the UK, thanks for the info. Perhaps the NYC attorney reading this thread for xstream UK will also make note of that fact and realize I am not the only one who had found it difficult to get verifiable third party validation and contact you should it be required. Nor was I the only one who tried to get verifiable information/validation. Jacalyn

And I did provide your link and great find Berwyn to both xstream UK and to their attorney in NYC and xstream UK wasn't too happy nor was Lucent too happy XSNI investors were contacting Lucent to find out about xstream UK. You are to be commended for your find.


Forget posting to me Berwyn - I am no longer interested in this stock but will answer to correct your wrong assumptions and erroneous conclusions. This isn't a scenario I created nor concocted; mine would have had a happy ending like I started out believing in until the Lehman's fiasco, subsequent pleas for some statement from the company and the final threat/intimidation for asking questions from Lucent to verify anything -same company you asked questions to verify anything with xstream UK.

Leave me alone.
