No, Bush lost the war but Kerry can win it. It wont be easy though because he's going to have to, in essence, start from scratch and tons of damage has already been done. Kerry will need to bring in 30-40 more nations to join the effort and set up a Kosovo type security network. Maybe he should put Wes Clark in charge since he did this so successfully in Kosovo without losing a single US soldier.
