could somebody please help me. i bought a stock and it was taken over by another company A who ofered their stock as payment. company A's stock has gone down 17%. will company A honor the original by-out offer even if company A's stock remains at the current depressed level of 17%, ie will company A make up the difference with additional shares? really appreciate the help.
