Hi Sonny, In the Western Europe no nations knows Russia as well as Germans. They also have very large investments in Russia. They, therefore, should know something we don't! Primakov is the Duma's choice. If he screws-up, then it will be the Commuists and Dumas's who will pay and not the Presidncey. Will he succeed? I really doubt it. He is no Roosevlet and he has no New Deal up in his sleeve. Yes I still own all the INTC that I had in my portfoglio and added a few during the latest down-turn.
