Gee....I wonder how these folks getting hauled before the court are gonna explain this to their significant other and/or kids? 3.9 The false information being disseminated by the defendants includes but is not limited to allegations of criminal behavior, involvement in pornography, improper financial interests, improper promotion techniques and dissemination of false corporate and misleading information to the public. The cybersmear campaign continues through the present day. The above ain't exactly a traffic violation. Sheeeesh.... 'Course now....if they can back the above by showing proof of all they allege, then the shoe could be on the other foot. What do you think the odds are they'll be able to show the proof backing their postings? 'Cause in the words of legal poker; they're being called me thinks. ;-) John~
