There are none to be had, Paul or I would say come on down.
In fact I would like to take all my money from this treacherous market and buy one myself. It one cannot sell it at least it provides INCOME... from renting.

Prices are insane. When I was in Vegas in November it was the same. Friends who had bought a home for three twenty the year previously said they could get a hundred thousand more for it now.
