If the study isn't biased or otherwise inaccurate it shows that the blend can work in a few small countries that generally have a lot going for them, if the blend might contain a high level of government spending but doesn't contain extremely high marginal tax rates or strong government interference in the economy. It doesn't show that it would work everywhere and it doesn't show that such a blend would help growth, income, or competitiveness in the US, or even that the blend helps in Finland. It only shows that it doesn't do massive harm.
