Unbridled power eh! Well, I'd start by counting the money.

Then I'd read the service provider contracts. I'd ask Pierre and John Goren and Steve Malsin to pore over them too - they are dinkum lawyer people so they'd decipher any fine print and give a good idea which way the politicians in the Supreme Court would vote if push came to shove on the contracts. The Supreme Court might appoint Iridium to take it over as per the constitution - we would need to be careful about that.

Then I'd go and see the service providers and come to a mutually beneficial understanding. They are our customers and they've put in a lot of effort, so it would be good to have that all work out fine. We might have to revise the service provider agreements in light of the discussions, but probably not. We might simply arrange some new money for new Globalstar LP shares on terms which recognize the delays caused by the slow sales by service providers.

Then I'd put the Minutes of Use graph on globalstar.com as well as numbers of subscribers [or individual phones connected].

Then I'd introduce Wacky Wireless pricing at any service providers controlled by Globalstar LP via SSLoral.

Phew, that's enough for one day...
