Cable tv is a luxury item. That is why so many people on welfare or who get food stamps have cable tv and vcr's. Ask a few people if they think cable tv is a luxury item. Or a microwave oven. Air conditioning in the car? My parents raised 10 kids without any of these. Internet use is not near to being a "luxury" item for long, if it still is. Victor
