Oh no, you will find everything out by filing deadline in the year 2000, didn't you read my post yesterday - you will know everything by 2000. No one is saying that guilt is deduced by silence. No one has been silent. The SEC has already received this matter over a month ago , prior to any NYC attorneys calling me to tell me to stop asking questions and threatening me with years of litigation and hundreds of thousands in legal fees. You know how government works - will take about 1 year to get to XSNI :) hopefully by then you will have your true valuation.

Your advise is better flushed down a commode and go to www.motley.fool with Dman. You don't have a clue Berwyn, now that you admitted to having contacted Lucent, you too could be in line for some retainer fees, did you know that your pdf file that you found was/is considered a "secret and non public document" by xstream UK and they are upset that it was found at all?!!! You should thank me for having had the forsight to explain to xstream UK NYC attorney that the document is a public document found at Lucent website; but perhaps if you keep it up, you can get an attorney to explain these things for you when counsel calls you.

Your remarks of giving advise is only a feeble attempt to flatter yourself, particularly after your repeated posts to Dman of your admiration of his nonsensical posts.
