Its the most potent weapon we have. And once we make the conversion don't send any aid - zero, zippo, nadda. They can pound sand. The problem is we paid for peace when we built weapons during our M.A.D. period and now instead of using those as peace makers we send them our money in the form of aid so they don't terrorize us? No deal.
