It's real, but it will not last forever. All this liquidity injected has eased the credit conditions substantially. We may even see recovery later this year. However, there is price to pay. Currently we are in a stagflationary environment. While recovery will lift stocks and may even create jobs, inflation that will accompany it will still erase the real GDP. Thus, the REAL gdp growth will remain negative.
