Saudi Arabia has begun dealing with the 40% unemployment rate by limiting the amount of guest worker visas. With the better trained more motivated foreign workers out of the mix, locals are starting to work again.

You are probably right that at first many Iraqis will work expat and send money home to families. As the economy in Iraq becomes more vibrant, it will become a magnet of the region.

Or, we could destroy Iraq by sending Kerry to the Whitehouse.

Don't turn your backs on the Iraqis again. 1991 was tragic enough for the following 15 years. Return President Bush to finish the job.
