Dave, thanks for the good links and information. Apparently I fit into the category of people who are negatively affected by a low fat high carb diet as described by Kris Etherton. This same group I expect would also be helped by a 40/30/30 diet which Balance Bar is targeting. Any info on what % of the population would fall into this category?
