if i had list of dominion's holdings that would be key to bank, most notably any tech holdings, evans must get input from gates as to tech companies he is intrigued with
yes $4 is key, 10k buying racg goes way past that, that was key to evans controlling 93% of racg stock, you know he wants price up and holding over $4, know he wont sell stock and destroy any chance for small cap, new ceo is a winner, expecting string of aquisitions all tied into racg's master plans.
