Qwest. I think his question is about the layer 2 ATM circuit to the IP backbone provider. It is a leased circuit/PVC from one of the vendors he mentioned (MCI/Worldcom, AT&T, Sprint, or GTE), depending on the geographic location. I think you are thinking about the IP backbone provider. In this case, Qwest is one of only a dozen or more IP providers that are working with COVD. This includes but is not limited to the few that I'm aware of, including Qwest, Concentric, GTE, UUNet, and AT&T. bucky89
