ACCUF, in a very high growth and highly techincal market, is
selling at roughly two times sales -- a clear value play with
plenty of upside and minimal downside. Their physical network
management product suite is used by major companies throughout the
world. I believe the fact that they are based in El Paso, yet
listed on the Toronto exchange, is but one item that has kept them
out of the spotlight. Another reason for them being underfollowed
is that their products are very leading edge -- difficult for the
layman (and even some computer types) to fully understand. Companies
use Accugraph's product to manage and track their network assets,
moves/adds/changes, etc.. They have a strong management team -- lots
of close HP ties -- also, their product is tightly integrated with
HP's leading network management platform (OpenView). Also, Accugraph
and HP recently co-developed an IP management product that I hear
is being very well received. This AT&T deal is nothing but a huge
plus for ACCUF investors as it will definitely add visibility.

Trading at $2 1/4, with a market cap of roughly $40m (and trailing
sales of roughly $20m), it is tough to find clearer value anywhere.
