I can assure you with 100% certainty that he would not win anything.

The problem is discovery. He knows as well as i do that he can't permit me to conduct it. The details I already uncovered about RFI's criminal behavior are gruesome enough. I published a small snippet in message threads here and on SI. Let's start with the relationship between Alex Martinez, his wife So-Young, her father (an executive at the fraudulent, and now defunct SPDi), the "SPD-Systems" shell company, etc.

Have you ever stopped and wondered...why RFI had a relationship with Inspectech...a flea-speck company in Florida?
