Stephen Owens Indicted

The SEC filed a complaint against Global Materials & Services (GMSV)(formerly American Fire Retardant (AFR)) for giving "stock" to sham consultants, along with other offenses. Judgment against GMSV for over 11 million, but the payment of the judgment and fines were waived. (Why???) The US office of the attorney indicted Stephen Owens (CEO)criminally for the same illegal activity, along with the "sham" consultants who sold their sham "stock" to unsuspecting buyers. The trial is currently set for June 23,2009 in the US District Court, Central District, central division (Los Angeles). Just found this out. Nothing about illegal stock splits or sham advertising. If you have any information about any of this, please contact attorney Michael R. Wilner of the office of the US attorney at 213-894-2434, email USACAC.criminal@usdoj.gov, fax 213-894-6269 (downtown Los Angeles office). Please email me too. I was involved in a private stock scam carried out by James Wheeler who went on to help "advertise" and market AFR. I believe the two companies/people are further connected. PLEASE send me a message too with your contact information. Really would like to talk to dkgross if possible. May be able to email you copies of some of the federal court complaints and documents if you are interested. Thanks
