I agree; the market will tell all before any announcement is made but if the results are good, attention may turn to the land reserves of the companies. I believe both STF and BEA have significant land holdings in the area but certainly, all participants and others would scramble to acquire more land in the area so depending on timing of sales, actual results could be very slow in coming. Great volume today but STF is behind BEA in terms of price based upon a 50% discount. Hope the reset of the week is as positvie. I am going to phone to find out how the land leases are sold and I will advise.
