I JUST HEARD THE TUESDAY CABOT HOTLINE. RSYS
IS STILL A BUY, ALTHOUGH IT HASN'T BEEN
MENTIONED ON THE LINE FOR ABOUT TWO WEEKS.
WHEN THE STOCK HIT THE SKIDS SEVERAL WEEKS
AGO, I SPOKE WITH CYNTHIA VICTORY FROM CABOT
AND AT THAT TIME WITH THE STOCK NEAR 43 SHE
WAS STILL VERY POSITIVE ON IT. SHE MENTIONED
THAT THE MAGIC 20% NUMBER IS NOT ALWAYS APPLIED
TO DOWNGRADE AN ISSUE THEY ARE FOLLOWING. SOME
LEEWAY IS GRANTED ON THE DOWNSIDE. PATTERN
WITH RSYS LAST FEW DAYS COULD BE TAX SELLING
TO GET INTO BIG CAP ISSUES. I'M DOWN BUT NOT OUT ON RSYS!!!
