Btw, non-US third world aids still try to live segregated in terms of the americans, as US still has
found no way for an aid-worker, journalist,etc to avoid answering when somebody knocks at the door
for some special services. Worse with that matter of foreign assassinations, as well as having the
lowest per capita foreign aid budget among industrialized nations, one tenth or less of many. |
