Keith: You're obviously very optimistic. I don't worry much about unwelcome takeover offers, and I don't see many in these issues anyway. With BEA/STF the bigger concern is continuing share dilution; they both have enough "paper" to float a battleship. It may indeed be time for the TV to payoff. It's been a long wait. Dale
