My point exactly :-)

"I can be sued for emailing LU Investor Relations and asking if any public information is available on the X-Stream contract? Hardly."

When the NYC attorney called me and told me to stop doing DD - you are ON POINT:

"Tough talk doesn't beat hard evidence."

But it is now out of my hands and an update has been provided the correct SEC authorities as per their request.

You wrote: "I sincerely hope you don't have to put up,
the cost alone will not be worth it."

If I do have to put up, the cost will be spread out, but I shall be entitled to countersue for damages and remuneration and a trial by jury - I have only asked questions based upon all the public records - AND THAT IS NOT ILLEGAL. :-)

Are you still receiving emails from Mike Langdon? FWIW :)

Bucky

The circular I have been referring to was only sent to shareholders like myself.
As far as Lehman's are concerned they are advising X-Stream about an IPO on
Nasdaq that will happen very shortly.

Cheers
