I think VOD will make an improved offer (I really hope so, cause I still hold some Mannesmann as well as some Orange PLC Shares). However, it's unlikely that VOD will be successful at last (or to say it in German: "Dieser Uebernahmeversuch ist zum Scheitern verurteilt!), but before that happens they will table a new all share hostile offer (I think that must be worth 240 Euros per Mannesmann share). If I were a VOD shareholder, I would sell now, cause such a deal will be dilutive. VOD is a good buy back at 10 % lower levels. Regards Kai
