Lets assume its 200x and some first set of early adopters are now operating Net Communicators (cell phones plus) (perhaps in urban areas, let say at first) or whatever - capable of accepting verbal inputs, example "aol, research, dictionary, cat" and so forth -and receiving back both graphic and/or verbal computerized voice responses.

Question 1: time frame possible?

Question 2: assuming heavy RAM requirements, anyone know when it might be doable to shrink size down this small?

Question 3: Assuming broadband necessary to make these more than toys, any ideas on probable method. For example, would microwave spectrum such as MMDS (eg ADCT's broadband system) have any potential here, or does that require a fixed target for inbounds? Seems like big problem with high data loads from user to tower. Any thoughts on what might happen here?
