NHP, Maybe Lexar will do us a favor... ...and get the cards of the five competitors they are suing off of shelves. They mentioned that they (Lexar) want injunctions against several of the manufacturers who they feel are infringing their patents. They will go to trial if the injunction is denied. Glad to here SNDK is getting shelf space in your area. Eli and his sales force should leverage the breadth of the product line to create some more elbow room at retail. The Memory Stick deal seems promising. Aus
