GRAPEVINE, Texas--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Jan. 20, 2000--1TWOE.COM, Inc. (OTC BB:TWOE) (pronounced ''One
TWOE'') announced today that they have sold the wholly-owned subsidiary, ICW3.COM, Inc.
The subsidiary is a software licensing and development company in communications and Internet software. The precise terms and conditions are not disclosed, but
the company will make a profit on the transaction and will receive a royalty on future transactions by ICW3.COM, Inc. The sale will leave TWOE debt free, except
for normal operating payables.
1TWOE.COM, Inc. is a cable management and operations company, specializing in acquiring, operating, upgrading, and selling cable, communications, and
