Hi Scott. If that is true, it is a material fact and needs to be reported to the Shareholders and SEC. I do not believe it to be true in the first place. Lets not get carried away here. The 100 prototype devices may need a little fix here and there just like the Lanier devises. It was well worth the wait. I expect the InTel project to be completed around April/May. If Bob is saying news could be coming soon, then it may involve a contract to build Music players for an unnamed company(s). From my understanding, two companies requested quotes from EDIG to build a music player. Let Fred build the company and relationships. A question was asked at the Annual Shareholders meeting and was not answered directly. Has InTel purchased any shares of "Norris Communications" Answer - Can not commend one way or the other. Are words to that effect. Jim
