Yes I am concerned about the price of NUKO as it hurts
clients and friends and me. That being said let me offer
this..there is nothing you or I can do about the price
of the stock at any particular time.. it will seek a
level were sellers won't sell any more or the buyers
will overwhelm the sellers. If you must follow the stock
everyday you are a trader not an investor. IMHO the
companies that have aligned with NUKO validate us. I do
have some reservations regarding mgt, but having taken a
50% cut in pay pending profitability, under the
conservative accounting methods, gives me enough
confidence to not cringe with every downtick. Smith B
has been a seller and after seeing the 100,000 share
filing we know why and for whom. (you can sell and file
on the same day, in fact the whole position can be
history before the filing reaches the SEC). Please don't
make assumtions as to why someone is selling, he may
know more than you or may just have deceided to move on.
Remember if he does know something is wrong he can't
sell (insider trading) just to put things in
perspective ...NUKO has disappointed ALL investor over
the past 5 month and until they get thier act together
bring home some top and bottom line results only
investors with a strong stomach will buy and/or hold.
I have been trying to reach BK re the line of cr from
SVB, while he assured me last week that the line was
extended for a year I would like to see that formally.
It would auger well for NUKO that the bank has
confidence in them, that they can expand del of product
to customers and finance inventory for future growth.
While they can possably do ok without the line the going
would be very tough although world class customers
sometime help small ,in trouble, companies get by by
prepaying or making milestone payments.
BTW if BK and co don't screw up anymore Aspen is still
in the running, But I can walk to Newark.
DO NOT FIXATE ON EVERY TRADE YOU'LL GO NUTS!!!!!!!!!!!
