Maybe the 2 million shares will be added to the float but they still can be restricted for one year. I think that you are the only one that is concerned about a 20% dilution. This is wonderful news. I told you: AS LONG AS C/D's ARE NOT INVOLVED IT IS GREAT! The dilution is not that bad at all. The number of shares o/s is very reasonable and EBLD is still cheap. Lighten up, everything will be fine. Guy
