<When PAIR was down and out last June and July, there were almost daily posts on the PAIR thread calling for Charles Straugh (sp?)'s replacement, mentioning how wooden he was, and incompetent at PR. Now, he is viewed a stellar performer.> I agree that everyone mentioned he is a lousy PR guy (Istill think so) but I don't think anyone EVER doubted that the guy knew how to run the company. Their relationships with the RBOCs is unparalled so maybe Chuck is better one on one than he is in front of a camera :O) John
