Low-end processors can still be found, but inventories are tight. This is a 180-degree change from three months ago when inventories were building from already high levels.

"180 degree change" isn't correct. Intel's inventories were building both at Intel and in the channel three months ago to record levels. I don't think AMD's inventory levels were anywhere near that high in relative terms, especially not in the channel.
