Keep in mind also that the debenture financing gives the holders 960,000 warrants to purchase the stock at $2.71/share. I would look for Dr. Faris to redeem these shortly through some more conventional financing, because if he does not the holders will deem it in their best interest to exercise the warrants should the market dictate the current pricing or better between now and October 6th. They already have a better than 20% return in about one month.
That is exactly what I think the market will dictate as I look forward to more exciting announcements in the very near future.
Also, in the purchase of the concession one of the terms was : An additional 1.5 million shares will be issued to MED and Enterdynamic should the stock trade above $5/share for five consecutive trading days.
It is hardly likely that this term would be included if there was no anticipation for it to be realized.
I think we should sit back and wait for lift-off as we are taxing down the runway for the next few months.
Another announcement that I look forward to is something more concrete on the evaluation of the structures. Although I believe that first we will see some key placement of personnel. These one will then benefit from the positive increase in shareholder value. I am sure that stock options make up a respectable portion of compensation.
