I'd be curious to know the general attitude towards Microsoft's chances of being a major player in e-billing.

Also, when utility comapnies are expected to really push their on-line bill payment options. When do the big advertising budgets kick in?

Do you foresee banks co-advertising with utilities to get more customers? "Bank with us and your bills are one click away. . ."

Just letting my mind wander.

I'll watch for your "reports from the front."
