It does exist the NYC attorney has it and referred to it as it states some mention about Lehman's and an IPO and that xstream UK does not have to mention anything else about XSNI as it is an OTCBB issue and there are no requirements for answers nor information until the filing deadline with the SEC in 2000. Also, that there are no filings for an IPO and no NASD updates that have been filed for to date for XSNI. That also by the NYC attorney. Hard evidence all on this thread with links that can be sourced out, verifying phone numbers, prior firecrest/megacom/digaphone etc filings that are public; prior Lucent deals etc. You are all on your own with this stock. I am done with this POS having provided all the evidence upfront, in your face and in my face and they can take all the evidence and shove it where it belongs. All I am letting them know is that I have read the book on the Art of War and anticipation. They wanted to threaten me consider it a success and if they continue it is not I that will be losing millions in court costs nor potential businesses now or in the future. Now stop posting to me.
