What SEC violation? What does PBX have to do with anything?
What does mpeg4 and camera's have to do with servers on the other end of the distribution have to do with any of these vendors? Does the new settops receive in mpeg4?
CCUR already has the best video pump in the industry, booting ARRS from Los Angeles. It just can't sell enough or wrap enough software around it. It bought turkey's not turnkey.

Cokey turned over operations and industry contacts to SN.
Corkey sold at $18. He allowed Harris to spin off the Firewall software that was needed for diversification. Stop putting him on a pedestal.

SN pumped it to $20 (in was only $24 for a few minutes). Lessons learned is to sell it when the stock price is overvalued. ARRS may never see $16 again, where the converts are placed, where Bob sold his stock. SEAC is a long ways from $15 when Bill sold. SFA was sold to CSCO well below it's high, well below where the CEO sold. Is STEC overvalued at $10.79
Is Chyron ready to be over valued at 5.90?
Pump and overvalued is good. Just knowing when, is the problem.

Maybe Dan does have different industry contacts. I guess we have to find out. Maybe they need to hire Jim Chiddix, his name pops the stock before they crash and burn.
