Letting the price shakedown proceed into mid week next, if great prices emerge on Monday or Tuesday....thats fine too, but this is a sold out market ( at least our complex), no sellers, only dip stalkers and systems out of balance spending ticks as in machinations. Let em do the work.

Price remains an artifact of prevailing systems intent.
