No I have not seen the article.. If you can find it, great.. Over the week end, a friend, a Doctor told me that in his neighborhood, where houses go for about 750k+ CAD, at least 2 homes were bought by Americans.. They bought the house, locked it and went back.. Seems like for folks who can afford it, a second home.. But there are other Americans who have actually moved..
