Well, the issues are: did they know that asbestos was very harmful before they started using it? They saved a lot of money by not doing it the way the Empire State Building was done. If they knew it was harmful, then they should have come out and said so, except when used in this and that type of form. But, having said that, I do not know if wet asbestos is safe or not. Either way, this should have legal ramifications if they knew that if there was a fire, the building would collapse. IMO.
