Remember that the LU deal with ASND is still not confirmed. Also, LU recently just signed the OEM agreement with YURI. Sounds suspicious to me that LU would enter into an OEM agreement with YURI around the same time they were offering ASND $35. There may be more here than meets the eye......OEM agreements are generally set up on yearly contracts with fixed dollar amounts!! MJB
