Welcome to the wonderful world of brokerage doublespeak. Stock trading is not rocket science, and the performance of the street this Tuesday was pitiful. No excuse for a confirm 6 hours after the trade. They lied twice, saying it was cancelled, then delaying the confirm well past a reasonable timeframe. Waterhouse, and the rest of them need to clean up their act or get out of the electronic trading business. Fight this one, Julian.
