As of March 31, 2005, Chardan China had 4,025,000 non-insider shares outstanding and $20,843,983 in escrow. That works out to $5.18 per share.

On the same date, Trinity Partners, the blank check company that has raised the least amount of money, had 1,495,000 non-insider Class B shares outstanding and $7,642,601 in escrow. That works out to $5.11 per Class B share. Note that in the event of a liquidation, the Class A shares do not receive any cash.

As of March 31, 2005, International Shipping had 32,775,000 non-sider shares outstanding and $181,610,571 in escrow. That works out to $5.54 per share.
