FWIW dept: GL was deposed, supposedly in the BK judge's court room, as regards what all he knew about PNI. He took the 5th to every question (he didn't know where he lived, yet!) & this puts the trustee's case against the folks he's gone after under strong suspicion, IMO. Tamara H., his wife, & GL were divourced but still living together, was also deposed. Although she was the acting President of PNI & was at the premesis regularly, she didn't, supposedly know anything that was going on. The long & short of it, IMO, is still up in the air....maybe a new trustee going after some of the culpable folks might be in order...it depends on what the judge ultimatly decides...so we wait. I also understand that the SEC is still working the GL case but would not share any particulars. I'd say it's time for them to get on with it & make their move.....! Regards, Dennis
