Friday Morning Spoke with Ken Louden of NIMA today - he said he understood that the decisions on the awards have been made for GII97 phase I - but they have not been made public yet - and he could not comment further. He also thought it possible the results might be posted on the web page - but didn't know anything about it really. Mike up North
